About Brittany

I work with adults and couples who seek to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how they show up in this world. I want to assist people in becoming their fully realized emotional selves by creating a non-judgmental and sex-positive space for them to safely explore their feelings and share their vulnerabilities. The therapeutic relationship, and collaboration within it, is a crucial component of my work and something that I build and honor throughout the therapeutic process. Clinical areas include life transitions, anxiety, depression, identity/sexuality exploration, and sex-related issues. I am also experienced with grief, trauma (sexual and non), and kinky/open/consensually non-monogamous/polyamorous relationships. I work to de-stigmatize mental health issues and ascribe to the notion that everyone can benefit from therapy. I strongly believe in the importance of a socially equitable society so I am actively committed to the pursuit of anti-racist beliefs, behaviors, and systems. I possess a strong awareness of the ways in which social factors influence experiences.
