Benefits of Membership

I am grateful for KPACT as a safe resource for us to combat shame by improving connection for our clients and ourselves, affirming that sexual, relational, and gender diversity are natural expressions of the human experience. I have found it to be an effective and thought-police-free Chicagoland network of mental health professionals who share clinically relevant knowledge and resources about kink/BDSM communities, and about ethical relating in non-monogamous, monogamous, and polyamorous relationships.

– Luke Adams, LMFT, ABS (he/him/his), Psychotherapist

KPACT Professional Community

Established in 2014, KPACT provides a learning space for clinicians to share ideas and discuss professional and ethical issues related to psychotherapy with with kinky and polyamorous clients. We host professional presentations, networking, and dialogue events quarterly.

In addition to our educational programming we offer professional listings in our KPACT Provider Directory. The KPACT Provider Directory connects professionals and clients with providers in a range of complementary industries who work with people who practice (or are exploring issues related to) kink, BDSM, and non-monogamy. We also continue to provide free access to our KPACT Google Group for kink and polyamory aware therapists and students.
