About eric
I seek to help you fully explore yourself and develop new and sustainable ways to be in the world as your full and true self. Using a variety of strategies and approaches (including values exploration, emotional processing, skill building, and action planning), I will support you in making shifts and changes to move forward on the path that ultimately feels most true to you. Together, we will create new stories that bring joy, freedom, and comfort. We will engage in collaborative discussions within and across sessions so you can more fully understand who you are and become more authentically connected to yourself. We will explore how you do, and do not, fit into your present world and community. We will uncover and build all that you might need to create a more sustainable life experience. I have significant experience working and connecting with the polyamory community, and by extension the Kink and BDSM communities. My focus on identity prioritizes each person's unique way of understanding and navigating the world. Whether this is new to you or ideas you have engaged with for years, I work to support individuals and partners in exploring and becoming comfortable in their identities and in finding successful and sustainable ways of relating that work for you.
