About Ren

Ren is a black, queer, trauma informed therapist who uses an integrated therapeutic modality that combines their psychodynamic training with a focus on systems of relationships and how they shape us. They use a feminist lens that takes into account issues of power and control, and how those impact us individually and systemically. Ren specializes in helping individuals and relationships navigate complex, spiritual, relational and sexual traumas. Their approach to therapy is collaborative and molded around the clients’ individual strengths, preferences and pathways to joy. Their practice is grounded in humor, humility, and consent-based relationships.
