I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, as well as polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous clients and those who practice kink or BDSM. Whether you’re navigating your identity, exploring your desires, working through relationship challenges, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down and figure out what comes next. My style is warm, collaborative, curious, and sex-positive. I take an LGBTQ+, polyamorous/CNM, and kink-affirming approach and believe there is no single “right” way to experience sexuality, gender, intimacy, or relationships. I especially enjoy working with sexuality, desire discrepancy, intimacy, dating, relationships, BDSM and kink, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, and depression.
