I provide individual and sex therapy virtually and in person. Clients most often talk to me about anxiety, life transitions, identity, orientation, and relationships.
I work with my clients in session to make a plan for life outside of session. We will collaboratively establish big goals and small steps and appreciate the little wins along the way. All of this is done in a safe, welcoming environment where you can talk about goals specific to the way your mind works, the types of relationships you have or want, the ways you want to find happiness.
