About Sharon

Sharon is a licensed marriage and family therapist with 10 years of clinical experience, most of which have been in direct service to the intersecting kink and queer communities they belong to. Sharon practices from a narrative therapy worldview that centers collaboration and social equity, creatively cultivating listening stances in relationships where partners or family members might struggle to see or hear one another as they are wanting to be seen and heard. Sharon is licensed to practice therapy with residents of Connecticut and Illinois and is available for shorter-term coaching or consultation to others throughout the United States. They strive to center values of anti-racism, feminism, sex positivity, and Health at Every Size. Sharon is a certified counselor through the PREPARE/ENRICH program for premarital counseling and especially enjoys working with CNM partners, activists, and other kinky parents.
