About Patrick
Life can be hard and change isn’t always easy; if it was, we would have done it already. In my experience, change and personal growth come with guidance and training as well as support and understanding. If you are ready and wanting things to improve in your life and could use some help along the way, that is what I can offer. My specialty areas include individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), neurodivergence, and career professionals navigating high-demand careers and work obligations. I am a member of, and often work with, individuals within the LGBTQ and kink/poly communities.
I have been trained in DBT and employ its skills and concepts along with Narrative Therapy to help clients reframe their lived experiences in a kinder, more forgiving light. Through my own past experience of therapeutic growth and learning I am familiar with the confusion, shame, doubt, and anxiety that arises at times in the process of self-discovery.
I can’t promise unlimited wisdom and all of the answers, though I can provide an abundance of patience, empathy, support, and encouragement. We all have our own journey to walk, but I would be honored for the opportunity to walk alongside you and share in your discoveries.for your profile.
