My work is informed by lived experience as a queer, non-monogamous person and sex educator. I've worked with young adults, elders, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodiverse, and people navigating injustices and marginalized experiences. My approach blends my certification in addiction and a trauma-informed lens with practices like IFS, DBT and ACT to support sustainable change at your pace.
