About Morgan

I believe that emotional experiences impact our psyche the same way that physical experiences impact our bodies. The most profound wounds–and healing–happen in relationship. I work with individuals, couples, polycules, kids, and adolescents to heal old wounds and strengthen relational skills. My priority is to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, valued, and able to grow. While I enjoy a variety of work, my clinical specialties are anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, self-esteem, communication, LGBTQ+, and sex therapy.

With 8 years of experience as a yoga instructor, I bring a creative, multi-disciplinary approach to therapy. My treatment style centers cultural, biological, spiritual, and social needs. I love to use art, imagination, and movement in session. If you’re looking for hope, insight, and playful connection, I could be a good fit.

I think of therapy like personal training for social and emotional goals: we have an hour a week to develop new skills and practice them in a safe environment. It is a privilege to be trusted to support you as you heal and grow. <3
