About Michelle
You're on this site seeking a therapist that can be respectful and affirming of your whole self. You shouldn't have to hide or minimize aspects of your identity to stay safe in the therapy relationship. For over 20 years in the field, I have specialized in supporting LGBTQ, poly & kink clients navigating a world where it can sometimes make it difficult to get their needs met. It is my intention to offer a safe space where we can discuss your relationships openly and include your whole self.
Who you are, where you come from, and your various experiences have all influenced you and how you view your world. It is my role to assist you in understanding the impact of your world without judgment or criticism. I use an integrative approach, which refers to a therapist's ability to consider the breadth of treatment options and choose a treatment plan that fits your unique strengths, fears, culture, background & supports. As a result, therapy is tailored to each individual and we will both be active participants.
