I am a licensed social worker and psychotherapist at Wildflower Center for Emotional Health. My approach is LGBTQ+, kink, and poly inclusive. I utilize a mix of modalities including somatics, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and DBT coping skills. As a transgender person my style includes a socially critical lens and awareness of systemic factors that impact our lives.
In therapy, you’ll find me to be nonjudgmental and compassionate. I believe shame is an unhelpful motivator; instead, I strive to meet clients with curiosity, care, and authenticity. I’m committed to maintaining a kink-friendly, sex-positive, and affirming space. I welcome dialogue about how our identities may inform our work together.
