About Leah
We all deserve a safe space to be our authentic selves, where we can find support during the most intimate and vulnerable moments. I view our therapeutic relationship as a partnership and am here to work with you and honor your unique experience. As we work together, I aim to foster a judgment-free, safe space and empower you with the tools and skills to help you thrive. There is no problem too big or too small, and my role is to connect you with the answers, break relational patterns, and reacquaint you with your most authentic self. As a full-spectrum doula, I am passionate about perinatal mental health and understanding the challenges of individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am a queer, fat-positive, and sex-positive therapist who enjoys working with clients of all cultural backgrounds and relationship structures, navigating different phases of life. I recognize that our experiences are formed and informed by our roadmaps of intersecting identities. I take an intersectional approach to help you understand how you may interpret the world and your place in it. I provide therapy in-person and online, using a person-centered approach and emotionally focused therapy informed by attachment theory.
