About Layne

I’m a doctoral student at Adler University and a Staff Therapist and Diagnostician at Interaction Dynamics. My approach is collaborative and integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, and Humanistic therapies to foster insight, healing, and meaningful change. I am experienced with navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental differences such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I’m especially passionate about men’s mental health and research on male survivors of relationship violence.

As a knowledgeable kink and polyamory affirming clinician, I welcome clients exploring diverse sexualities and relationship structures. I also have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and strive to create a warm, judgment-free space for self-exploration and growth. As a practicing Pagan, I value the role of spirituality and ritual in healing while honoring all belief systems. For those interested, I can integrate mindfulness, tarot, or symbolic practices into therapy to deepen reflection and meaning.
