By creating a supportive and empathic environment I enable clients to grow, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in systemic family therapy from a feminist perspective and I offer a safe and validating therapeutic relationship. My areas of expertise include couples therapy, anxiety, parenting, sex therapy, life cycle changes, depression, occupational stress, family of origin relationships, and self-esteem. I am passionate about providing quality mental health care and promoting mental wellness in my community.
