As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand that people are more than a diagnosis and that our communities and resources have just as much an impact on us as our closest social circles. I believe that communication and developing a deeper understanding of oneself, the family histories we carry, and the influences of society are essential tools in helping clients grow. I use strategic questions to help clients gain insight into their lives and ask clients what they hope to achieve, and about the ideal lives they want to lead. This ensures that while clients can look at how the past and present impact them, they also have an aim for the future.

I am a master's degree graduate from Adler University and have completed Adler’s Certificate in Sex Therapy Training following the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) curriculum. I am currently working towards AASECT certification in sex therapy.
