I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in helping individuals and couples improve intimacy, communication, and sexual wellbeing. I hold a Certificate in Sex Therapy from Adler University following the AASECT curriculum and am currently completing supervised hours toward AASECT Certified Sex Therapist status. My approach integrates sex therapy, Gottman Method principles for couples, EMDR for trauma, and DBT skills for emotional regulation and mindfulness. I take a warm, person-centered approach and tailor therapy to your unique experiences, whether you are navigating desire differences, sexual concerns, relationship challenges, or the impact of anxiety and trauma on intimacy.
