About Jodie

Write a short about paragraph for your profile.I work with adults and couples navigating neurodivergence, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed ADHD or autistic adults, mixed-neurotype couples, and people working to build relationships that honor their identities, values, and ways of connecting. I provide an affirming, trauma-informed space for clients in kink, BDSM, polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, LGBTQIA+, and other diverse relationship and sexual communities.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, DBT, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy—with practical strategies that reduce shame, strengthen communication, and support meaningful change. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 15 years in executive leadership, giving me a deep appreciation for the challenges of balancing careers, relationships, and mental health. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, deepen their connections, and build lives that reflect who they are rather than who they've been told they should be. I bring my own identities to bear in this work as a queer, kink practicing, and non-monogamous person.
