Hayley Stevenson, LMFT, LPC

As an individual, couple, and family therapist, I provide support to those experiencing life transitions, relationship structure changes, issues with sex or sexuality, and body image concerns. My style of therapy focuses on understanding the patterns, core beliefs, themes, and cycles that serve as barriers getting in the way of the life you want. My approach is curious, creative, and balances reflecting on the past for greater insight with an action-oriented approach that develops practical skills and tools to use outside of session.

I build the therapeutic relationship by using my warmth, humor, and a nonjudgemental attitude to create a safe space where you feel comfortable enough to share your inner-world. I am most passionate about working with women, LGBTQ, couples, neurodivergent, and creative types.
