Harvey Gross

My practice focuses on working with complex trauma, anxiety and neurodivergence. I believe in building a relationship with healing that takes into account the full person and their many contexts. Ongoing systemic change and social injustice is felt deeply in our bodies and communities. This leads me to draw from approaches like family systems and relational-cultural therapy and to root my practice in the principles of harm reduction and libratory mental health. My approach is a collaboration tailored to each client's goals. I like to work creatively, incorporating art, movement and play therapy for all ages. I provide a nurturing space to explore growth and change through self-determination, embodiment and connection.
