Erin Shea

Hi, I'm Erin! It is my honor to work with individuals on their journey of self discovery and healing. I have a passion for holistic wellness, and I believe healing needs to occur on a mental, somatic (body), and energetic level. I use a range of practices to integrate each level into the counseling process. These practices include sandtray, art, mindfulness, guided meditation, energy work, somatic work, Internal Family Systems parts work, and more traditional talk therapy. I believe every client is unique, therefore your healing journey should be too.
I love working with clients who want to incorporate spirituality and energy work into their healing path.

I am a certified trauma professional and 40 hour trained domestic violence advocate. I have additional training in somatic sexuality healing and gender expansive care.
