Erica Hungerford

I am dedicated to helping my clients on their path toward growth and healing, which looks different for everyone! I practice through a trauma-informed approach and have extensive experience with LGBTQ+, ethical non-monogamy, and kink populations. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual issues, couples’ issues, PTSD, C-PTSD, and DID. I utilize a variety of therapy techniques to customize my approach to my client's needs and learning styles. My therapeutic style is supportive, relaxed, and inviting, and I will gently challenge clients where appropriate to aid in their growth.

I specialize in sex therapy and trauma - including familial abuse, sexual violence, and domestic violence - but can help with a wide variety of concerns. I utilize EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems/parts work), CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered techniques. My clients are ages 14 & up, all genders, as well as couples and groups of non-monogamous partners.
