Maya Angelou said it best: "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." I am a queer, polyamorous, Boricua clinician serving the Chicagoland area and would love to be witness to the unfolding of your story.

I provide both therapy and a selection of diagnostic evaluations for youth and adults. As your therapist, I will use a multi-cultural and anti-oppression framework to work with the opportunities and barriers you are facing. I would be honored to walk with you (and your family, if needed!) as you navigate sexuality, kink, gender identity, coming out, and transitioning. I am experienced in working with adults and youth on anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, Autism, parenting, relationship issues, and family conflict. I use CBT, narrative therapy, expressive arts therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to support clients as they learn to identify patterns, reshape stories, and heal relationships.
