The current climate can feel exhausting for our community, and I am here to help you navigate and process the stress of it all. From family interaction, couples' counseling, or just simply existing as a queer person in a heteronormative world, let's talk about it. I specialize in using a combination of psychoeducation, CBT, ACT, and DBT in my therapy sessions. While I prioritize making our meetings a safe space to feel seen, heard, and validated, I also strive to provide you with the appropriate coping tools/skills to better manage your presenting symptoms to live a functional, fulfilled life.
