Everyone has times in their life when they need additional support, sometimes the hardest part can be asking for help. I take a client-centered approach, meeting you where you’re at and offering help and support in the ways that work for you personally. I bring a calm manner and balanced perspective to the counseling space to assist clients explore their life experiences, goals, and concerns. I focus on empowering my clients by offering an environment where you can feel safe, supported, and have no fear of judgment.

Working in educational settings as well as with families, I have developed strong therapeutic skills and keen insight into working with young and emerging adults. I specialize in helping explore identity and navigate life transitions. I have a passion for helping clients hold curiosity and move toward their own personal growth, further develop self-esteem, and reconcile relationship issues. I am sex positive, kink affirming, support body liberation, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
