Carol DePaolo

I am an Insurance Specialist and managerial coordinator, with over 25 years experience, performing insurance billing and client collections for psychotherapy, alternative health and medical practices. I joined Lifeworks Psychotherapy Center, as a start-up practice 12 years ago, creating and implementing finance policy and managerial procedures which effectively systematized the insurance billing and accounts payable departments. These departments have consistently achieved an income rate of 97-100%.

My goal is to humanize insurance and finances for clients and therapists. Working together to better enhance understanding for creating the possibilities to make a practice flourish!
