About Bridet

Anxiety, trauma, and depressive symptoms often leave us feeling out of control and hopeless. I believe healing can happen and hope can be restored. Working from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and ENM/poly affirming/allied lens, I want to create a space where all of my clients feel seen, heard, safe, and respected. As humans, we all want connection, although sometimes these connections cause intense emotions and great amounts of pain. I recognize the stress of single parenting, the communication issues in romantic relationships and/or families, and the struggles of dating in a world of right and left swiping.

I have been trained in DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and adoption competency. I have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couple's Therapy, I'm a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and I have attended a Behavior Therapy Training Institute through the International OCD foundation.

I work with teens and adults in individual, couples, and family therapy. My specialties include anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, adoption, depression, emerging adults, family conflict, life transitions, parenting, self-esteem, self-harm/suicidal ideation, stress, trauma, and women's issues.
