I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of therapy experience. I practice Internal Family Systems Therapy, aka parts work. I am level 3 trained in IFS. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and psychedelic integrations support. As a social worker and IFS therapist I practice from a systems perspective. I aim to support folks around both internal systems, like areas where they feel stuck, and outer systems that impact our day to day lives. I practice both online and in person.
