About Anthony

We live our lives every day the best way we know how. Some of this we’ve learned for ourselves while navigating life and other ways are influenced by the world around us. I can help you better understand how you view yourself, your relationships, and the world around you to figure out what is truly working for you and what is not. In this process, I can support you in embracing what is working and changing what is not working (thoughts, relationships, behaviors). My hope is that you become more responsive to your authentic needs, desires, and values. With individuals, we process life’s stressors, examine relationships, and work to balance emotions. With relationship units, we explore communication and sex and/or new structures, and heal/repair injuries. All of this helps to enhance self-awareness and authenticity, productive healing, expression of needs and desires, and achievement of more joy.

I'll be transparent and direct, but also curious about your wants, needs, and worries. Our conversations will be casual and anything goes. Our time together will involve moments that feel fun and funny, cathartic, and hopeful as well as moments that feel challenging, painful, and stuck. This is the nature of the process. Personally, I'm a human and a Queer person in a world not created for me/us and I also struggle. Let's learn to thrive together.
