Andi Mandel

I am a sex-positive, attachment-focused therapist specializing in working with individuals and couples navigating desire differences, sexual shame, intimacy blocks, and relational disconnection. My work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and parts work (IFS) to help clients understand the emotional patterns that shape their sexual and relational lives. I support neuro-spicy individuals and couples, LGBTQIA+ and ENM/poly partnerships, and those healing from trauma (CPTSD/PTSD), racial stress, and religious or cultural sexual shame.

Sex therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe sexuality is not separate from attachment, identity, culture, or nervous system regulation—it is deeply intertwined. Together, we slow down reactive cycles, build secure emotional bonds, and create space for pleasure-centered, shame-free intimacy that aligns with your values, body, and lived experience. My goal is to help you feel more connected, empowered, and at home in your relationships and your sexuality.
