About Alana

I offer a nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples to process, explore, and find solutions. I am happy to offer sessions via phone or video. I specialize in ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. I take an affirming approach towards neurodivergence. I also often work with artists, musicians, and creatives on issues such as writer’s block, performance anxiety, and more. The lens of body neutrality is important to me and I am queer allied and affirming.

I believe guilt and shame are at the root of a lot of anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I love to explore client’s inner worlds with them and help to introduce compassion and deepened insight. I want to get to know my clients and to hear about their interests, I believe connection is an impactful part of therapy.

I have experience working with those who experience chronic pain/ illness, and approach these topics in an affirming and supportive manner. It is important to me to offer an inclusive environment where those of any gender, age, sexual orientation, and race feel welcome. I would love to work with you, please feel free to reach for a free consultation!
